Both the Mr. Gay 2006 USA and International Competitions will occurred on Saturday night of October 8, 2005, at the Riviera Resort. These US City Finalists competed during the first half of the evenings stage show to win the Mr. Gay 2006 USA title. Jesse Bashem, San Diegos Mr. Gay, won that title. Jesse then went on after intermission as US Mr. Gay to compete against these national representatives, and then won the title of International Mr. Gay 2006.
